Blackberry Poppy Seed Oatmeal Bars Recipe

Delicious Oatmeal bars with Blackberries & Poppy Seeds, keep reading and bake them yourself.

 

They are easy to bake, but easier to eat!

You’ll need the following ingredients

  • 2/3 cups of Oats
  • 1/3 cups of Poppy Seeds
  • 2/3 cups of your favorite Milk
  • 2/3 cups of any Yogurt (I’ll go with Greek)
  • 2/3 cups of Oat flour
  • 1/3 cup of Chia Seeds
  • 3 tbsp of honey
  • 2 handful of blackberries

Step #1. Combine everything in a bowl, smash the blackberries while you mix everything (Easy! At this point is barely impossible to burn something in the kitchen as you’re using just a bowl and a fork)

Step #2. Pre-heat the oven at 350ºf or 175ºc

Step #3. Pour the mix in a small loaf pan (or any pan at all) and bake it for approx 25min

Once ready they should look like this

They should have a soft texture and amazing flavour

If you want to make them protein-powered you can use 50% whey protein and 50% oat flour.
