Our friend Gabbie (IG: Gabbie_eats) just posted this baked oats recipe on her Instagram and I thought won’t be fair if I didn’t share it with everyone as it looks deliciouuuuuus!
Isn’t delicious and easy the perfect combination? Keep reading to have this breakfast pretty soon
You’ll need the following ingredients,
- Half mashed banana
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp of flax seed meal
- 1 tbsp of blue agave syrup (or your desired syrup)
- 1/2 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk ( or your favorite milk)
- Some Pumpkin Seeds to top it or any other seed/nuts desired!
The procedure is quite easy, just mix all the ingredients in an oven safe bowl, top it with the pumpkin seeds and some banana slices and cook it for 10 to 15min at 400ºF or 200ºC
Take it out carefully so you don’t burn yourself and simply enjoy it!
